I would like for them to go out of business. That is no way to treat a grieving daughter all I wanted to do was count the death certificates.

I went to pick up my mother's death certificates. Carl Steiger the funeral director brought them outside to me. I wanted to count them because I had already had a problem with a staff member. He started counting the certificates. I told him I wanted to count them, because I had already had a problem with an error one of his staff members had made. He jerked the folder out of my hand and went back in the building. He said I would have to be polite before he gave me the certificates. He threaten to call the police if I did not leave. He finally walked out of the building handed me the certificates and told me I was the rudest person he ever met and then he left before the police arrived, which is a waste of calling 911. I was not arrested and Mr. Carl Steger is a very rude and unprofessional person my mother died I was not feeling very well I was already upset. That is no way to treat a grieving daughter all I wanted to do was count the death certificates it out on me.
