I ended up spending 8 hrs at this dentist Office supposed to be seen by Dr Mohan Joghathan I came in with tooth pain and it was the worst experience and I had been there for hours before asking and complaining about the time length and a female nurse whom I can't recall her name at this time but she was very rude and laughed at me while I was trying to complain that the doctor was working on another patient for 2 hrs after telling me he would be back in 15 mins. I became irrate when I realized I had no feeling in my entire mouth and all was numb and I couldn't even talk with out drooling I complained to the head nurse a woman and she laughed because she couldn't comprehend what I was saying and she just knew I was upset and she threatened to make me leave after I had been there for 6 hours and my procedure wasn't complete. They had drilled out my old filling and I was waiting supposed to be 15 mins but turned into 2 hrs I was left in the room full of novacaine for 2 hours. The lady was very rude and not concerned about my safety at all or the time I had spent there aimlessly. I am here again two weeks later to get my crown put in that is already ready and I was scheduled at 10:00 Am ! They called at last minute and changed the time to 11:00 and it is now 12:30 and I am still in the lobby full of people. I believe this is very unprofessional.
