I have leaks in my roof under where I have the solar panels now. When you call their number it's nothing but voicemails. They are supposed to respond in 3 to 5 business days. I called last week Monday, Tuesday and Thursday left 3 messages and no return call. I went to the Tallahassee location this Monday and they are closed during business hours no one there. I called and left a message again. They have no customer service person to talk to. I went to the location. Resolution Sought Repair any leaks in my roof.

In 2022, I stated contacting Meraki Solar because my panels were no longer communicating, which means that they could no longer be monitored for problems. I was told that although they were not communicating, they were still producing. My electric bill remained low, but over the past two years I called Merika several times a month because of the lack of my panels communicating. I was given service numbers and frequently told that my panels would be checked remotely. Needless to say the communication error was not corrected. On 09/27/2024 my panels stopped producing and my bill went from $37.68 to $228.91. Florida Power & Lights stated that my panels were no longer producing. So now I have over $30,000. Of panels on my roof that are no longer communicating or producing. So not only have I been calling Merika about the commo problems but the non-production problems too. I have been taken in circles and now I'm being told that Freedom Forever will be servicing my panels. I contacted Freedom Forever and was told that they would be serviced in 21 work days, next I was told 30 work days. To date, my panels are still not working. Resolution Sought Have Meraki Solar repair the communication and production problems. I was told that if my bill increase due to a panel error, I would be reimbursed the difference. I would like to be reimbursed the money over the normal monthly bill.
