They will not talk to me they were very rude at the funeral all I wanted was an apology.

They did the service for my 19-year-old grandson. I asked them to not touch the flowers because 99 of the flowers came from my husband's work or my husband's side of the family. I asked them three times to leave them where they were at because my husband and I had to leave at 6:00 the next morning to go back to Illinois. my mother-in-law and sister-in-law had to leave to go back to Kentucky they took the flowers anyway they brought them back to my daughter the next day we had 12 flowers at the funeral they delivered five to her they want call me they will not talk to me they were very rude at the funeral all I wanted was an apology. Needless to say we all left without any of the flowers. I'm not real sure that they can do anything at this point but on apology would help.
