Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. You cannot get this quality of teaching anywhere else.

You cannot get this quality of teaching anywhere else. I took the physics class for two years and the class helped me get a better understanding of myself and I carried away what I learned into my life and this has been a tremendous help in both my personal life and professional career. The class has been a very spiritual and gratifying experience.
