I booked a hotel here.

I booked a hotel here. The operations manager decided to not extend my stay because I told her to charge my card and rather not engage in the back and forth. She stated she won't extend my stay which is fine, they have every right. My issue comes when "housekeeping" was sent to my room at 8am. Then the "janitor" decided to come clean where I was at and only circle around me and stare at me then leave The operations manager Rochelle Hall then stated she didn't need this job and her manager wouldn't fire her anyways. I feel not only disrespected the issue is my space being violated and me being treated this way before checkout time. Ms. Hall stated on camera that she did not extend my stay. I was confused on why I needed to show ID for a card I already charged and had on file to EXTEND my stay. She stated it was a new reservation and I explained it wasn't. But still went to get my ID and give it to her. She still wanted to go back and forth and I explained I didn't want to do that, I have to be at work , her response was well I'm not going to extend your stay.
