Unprofessional.

My son had an orthodontist appointment on the day of 4/20/2019 for the time of 10:30am after being rescheduled for the second time to find out upon arrival that the office was closed and no one bothered to call and cancel or reschedule. During my experience bringing my son here I've had several issues in regards to professionalism. Due my son having braces and being told that no other orthodontist will work on him other than the original orthodontist; I would have been parted ways with this office instances ago. I want the owner of this particular business to take accountability of this office and the dental staff and doctors within in it. This has the most unfortunate situation that I have encountered thus far.
