The establishment is mediocre it's a shame that this man pick up and asks me for my name and when I say who I am he hangs up

Mario is disgusting and has a nasty attitude. I informed the insurance company and nothing. I don't even know how there still open The establishment is mediocre it's a shame that this man pick up and asks me for my name and when I say who I am he hangs up like very unprofessional. I told the insurance company numerous time can they just switch over my approvals to my new doctor but he's upset that I don't like it there all I want is for someone to help me get my crowns from the office to the new one that's all and I will never go there again this place is horrible
