Mezzio's Auto & Body Repair

I had my car towed to Mezzio because I lost power, I thought it was the transmission, I left it over night on a tues, they said they count look at it on that weds, on thurs they sent me a bill for doing a full inspection of my car. They checked tires breaks, fluids, which has nothing to do with the engine, they charged me $114 dollars for this full inspection of the car that I did not authorize nor was it necessary. Breaks, or fluids windshield wipers blades etc, have nothing to do with the engine or transmission. I question this, and the manager said to me they do this to all cars, then under his breath he said, after doing this then they found the problem, which was the catilec converter, then wanted to charge me another $1300, part was only less than $500, they charge 60 above cost of part. But I didn't have them replace this part, my mechanic charged me $700 . But my complaint is Mezzio charges all new and maybe old customers this full inspection that others probably pay and not authorized it. They ripped me off and who knows how many others.
