The person behind the counter acknowledge that the meat was old and dry

On July on August 6th I purchased a gyro from this Pizzeria the gyro was it was very dry and old and when I ask them to refund my money they refused to accommodate me and the person behind the counter was very rude and he refused to call the owner to discuss the matter. The person behind the counter acknowledge that the meat was old and dry but told me I should have asked to look at the meat before I made my purchase. Someone to come out and look at the establishment and make sure that the meat and food that they're serving is up to up to code
