Not totally happy about this place, First, my daughter was embalmed before anyone uderstood what he meant by "continuing." when there was supposed to be a 72 hour wait if needed. Second, my daughters MD was going to order an autopsy to determine the REAL cause of her death, the cororner said it was a heart attack, that she had high cholesterol and smoked, NOT TRUE!! That right was taken away because the funeral home embalmed her right away! Was something being hidden from us?? Third, we were told that she "looked good". That was his opinion, not ours. Also we were charged with hair styling that didn't happen. He said that they just left it the way she had it, in a braid, (she braids it before going to bed) .even tho he was told twice at the initial meeting that we wanted it only partially back. We reminded him at the viewing about this and he says, "oh, I don't remember that". I only gave a generous 3 star rating for those reasons. When it is my time, I will NOT go to this place. People, please make sure EVERYTHING is how you want it to be!
