Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. She was very unprofessional, mean, and just plain evil.

I went into the office to pay off debt. I was pointed to another office to speak with a customer representative. She was very unprofessional, mean, and just plain evil. I can understand her being that way if I was being like that. However, I was nice, polite, and calm when I was speaking with her. She wouldn't let me get a word in edgewise or even try to listen to me. She talked to me in a very belittling manner. I spoke with the manager and all she said was oh I'm sorry she treated you like that. I believe the manager she have at least offered to speak with the lady and remind her about how to treat people. At least talk with the customer representative and let her know that it is unacceptable to speak and deal with people in such a disrespectful manner.
