I have talked to Mike Friend and not getting any help

I purchased a trailer from a private owner 2019 32 foot trailer. The air conditioner unit does not work. 1 side of this unit's lighting does not work. I have asked Mike Friend RV who sold the trailer to private owner whom I purchased it from. I have talked to Mike Friend and not getting any help. What I want is for this company to fix this problem. This trailer was sold from his company and I don't have a problem paying. I am a camp fire survivor from Paradise, California. And the heat is incredibly hot in this trailer. Mike also told me to call someone else. I don't know any honest RV Dealers. I would like these repairs done. And no retaliation.
