Make sure customers are served fresh food

The customer service at this restaurant establishment was awful. When I arrived there was a sign that read a team member would assist customers starting at 9:55pm during open business hours there wasn't an employee available. I went to sit in my car and re entered the restaurant I asked questions about the menu since it was my first time at the restaurant. The guy seemed rather short or irritated by my questions. He offered to serve me pizza that sat on display that looked absolutely unappetizing. I declined I asked for a fresh slice of pizza. The employee began to assure me the pizza that sat on display had only been sitting there 40 minutes and all he was going to do was heat it up and everything would be dandy. I was disgusted and offended that he would oppose to serve fresh food. Finally he assured me he would make the pizza fresh.bI waited in my car about 20 mins and When I ate a regular slice of pizza it tasted old it wasn't hot I was dissatisfied, disgusted and won't ever go there again! I have an example to give as a story of a bad customer service .
