Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Facelift w/Dr. Obeng

My girlfriend referred me to Dr. Michael K. Obeng. She had a facelift w/him quite some time ago. I was nervous, and after my consults and quote realized I couldn't afford the procedure. A few days later he called me himself to tell me that he would honor the same price my gf had received over a year before!!! Not only was a able to get a facelift at over 60 under JUST local, it was at the hand of a doctor that was truly caring, took a personal interest in me, and remembered a patient he had done work on a year before and I LOVE how Im looking. Im not to "done" my scars are barely visible and I look at least 10 years younger (so my husband says!) Im so grateful for his care and kindness. I give cred where it is due, and dr. Obeng is just a great doc/person. Very happy.
