They were very rude and unprofessional.

There were roaches and bed bugs in my room. When I asked for a refund after not being there for nearly 30 minutes the owner proceeded to swear at me, calling me a liar & blowing off the situation. He then closed the door in my face as I was mid sentence. I called the authorities and they weren't able to help because the rental agreement that stated "no refund" in small letters on the bottom of the form. They were very rude and unprofessional.
