minax solutions Warning do not use this company
To all who need financial assistance do not use this company first thing you receive is a phone call explaining to you that your approved for a loan.Wendy Carter SLC is the person I had she then e-mailed the loan agreement for me to sign and fax back. Done. Next she leads you to believe the loan is on its way but no , you need a co-signer or option two, option two is pay 3 payments on the loan upfront, total 640.00 However you have to send it direct to the lender Ryan Thomas in Toronto Canada, when he receives the money you will receive the money in your account confirming the money is sent she confirms your bank info letting you believe that the money is going in today. She told me I would receive a follow up call to make sure everything is ok. No call came I received a apology e-mail stating phone lines and computers are down she would contact me at 11am the next day. Again no call I finally get in touch with her via 20 phone calls and there is a stipulation added I need to send 400.00 more to cover the insurance the lender placed on the loan. This time send to Ryan's assistant Daniel Bennett same address. once this is done money will be in your account in 1 hr. Nothing showed up in my account. I did receive another e-mail tell me to contact costumer support from now on. I did so and at this time was very hot and wanted my money back. David in costumer support tells me you don't walk into a supermarket with 40.00 and expect to get 100.00 worth of groceries do you. And wanted me to send another 600.00 to complete the loan. I am done want my money back he proceeded to say maybe 30 days or so am looking into what legal action to take be ware of this ponzy scam

In general, these types of companies offer to make loans or to provide you with guaranteed lending sources despite little or no credit history or bad credit. Often they use names similar to those of recognized lending institutions or official-looking seals or other insignia to give the impression they are a lender. Although they neither lend you money nor provide you sources that will, they charge a fee in advance for the services they say they will perform. Their address is usually a post office box, and their paperwork does not include a telephone number. Even if the company has a published telephone number, callers often reach a only pre-recorded message, and their calls are not returnedComplaints about other companies engaging in similar types of businesses generally allege that after fees are paid, the promised loans do not materialize. Most often, they never hear from the company again. In the rare cases where they do, they may receive only a list of lenders to whom they may apply for credit. They do not end up with a loan, and despite any guarantees or promises to the contrary, refunds are difficult, if not impossible, to obtain. You have the right to cancel your contract with an advance fee loan company for any reason and at any time up to five days after the date of the transaction. The contract must have attached to it a “Notice of Cancellation” form for you to use if you decide to cancel. After you cancel, you are to receive a refund of any payment you made within 15 days after the seller receives your cancellation notice. We advise against doing business with a company that charges an advance fee for obtaining or helping you obtain a loan. Any credit services organization (a term that includes advance-fee loan companies) who charges an advance fee for such services is in violation of the law. For businesses outside of California, please check with the agency that regulates this industry.
We know of no other matter or practice relating to this company that may assist you in your consideration of this company.
