Miss Bubble Laundromat

I have make several attempts to go to the laundry mat but the people that works their give 0 help

I've been complaining about the noise from 5 dryer's downstairs at Ms Bubbles laundry mat at 545 lenox ave it's an on going issue! I live on the 2nd floor this has been going on for years I have make several attempts to go to the laundry mat but the people that works their give 0 help I have call 311 that went no where I have call my rent office to be informed that they are still trying to get in contact with the manager of the laundry mat.I feel so lost and mistreated. Paying my rent every single month and my landlord thinks it's not a big deal..however I was offered a buy out of my apartment so I guess because I did not take the money I should live in discomfort agony strees and just straight unhappiness this is why they doesn't do much for me!! this is every single day from 7am --- 12am the shaking the vibration the sound of a roller coaster/ generator under me every day its so annoying I need someone to please help me I can't sleep I take prescription to fall asleep I can't study I can't take a nap until" their close at 12am it has me full of anxiety I here constantly in my mind it feels as it has taking over my mind :( I would like for someone to come out and let the Manager know that of my many complaints and order him to insulate around the dryer's or services them or have them bolted down currently so I doesn't have to feel nor here every single use.. and also they are fully aware of the dryer's that make me so annoyed upstairs.
