PLEASE Proceed with extreme caution when doing business with modern mobile homes of Granada Hills

The only review beside mine is authored by somebody with the initial M possibly Michelle of modern mobile homes the owner? If you make an offer on one of their listings have your own representation she will attempt to lock you into a contract without basic protections like an inspection. my dealings with them have proven them to be very dishonest and abusive. when you ask Michelle the owner of modern mobile homes to see comparables she prints them off and then only talks to you about the most expensive one never showing you the entire list. She then elicits an offer from you based on her representation of the comparable listings that have sold in that area. Wasn't till after I made my offer that I asked to see the entire sheet and found that she had cherry pick the highest listing to elicit the offer from me. She also refused to provide me with the owner's disclosure list on items that needed repair before making the offer. I asked that my offer be subject to inspection and be closed one week after park approval she did not write that into the offer and thankfully my offer was rejected or I could have been locked in to a contract with absolutely no protection!!! I feel very upset for other people who do not have the means to fight back and lose escrow checks because they have to walk away after an inspection turns up to many repairs!!! There have been complaints and a few other negative reviews on this company I suggest strongly very strongly that you exercise extreme caution when dealing with modern mobile homes!!!
