Company doesn't pay to sub contractors!

I was hired by Kiel to do bathtub repair in Santa Monica, CA. After completing the job, i provide all required info (receipt, tax info, payment info). After that, they stopped respond to my messages and emails. I informed them that i'm gonna post negative review if i won't receive my 250$ payment. Even after that i didn't receive money. Shame on you guys!
