Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Avoid these people at all costs

These people ripped us off at a very vulnerable time in our lives. They consistently lied about our "account" and the actions they were taking on our behalf. James M. Banuelos is nothing more than a con artist. It is illegal to except payment before any modification has been achieved with your mortgage company and you can do it yourself. I hope that someday Mr Banuelos gets taken like he takes others.
