Removal of the fake reviews on Google.

Went to body shop based on positive reviews on Facebook and Google. Found that there were reviews left by the shop manager of the business and not actual customers. Issues with the manager communicating when my vehicle would be done. My vehicle was supposed to be done on Saturday and then was delayed to Sunday and the manager did not call me either days to tell me it would be delayed further. He contacted my father but refused to contact me the owner of the vehicle on Saturday. I had a lot of emotional distress because I had no way of knowing what was occurring with my car till my dad reached out. I thought I was going to need to contact the police to get my car back. He also made promises such as doing a oil change and getting a tire for free since his business provided poor services the first time it was serviced and because they kept having delays in completion.

They include, for example, the right to a written repair estimate, to a detailed invoice of labor and parts, and to the return of any parts replaced, provided you request the return at the time you order the work and provided that your warranty does not require that the be returned to the manufacturer.

A repair service may not perform repairs beyond those listed in the estimate without your authorization. However, if they have to tear down a component to give you an estimate, you may have to pay for the labor to tear it down and reassemble it. You will know beforehand, though, what the charge for that will be. You should never sign a blank work order, and a reputable dealer will not ask you to.
