I purchased over 8k in furniture with this company bought furniture care protection and my barstools 3 of them got damaged from my autistic grandson this last weekend and I reported it right away to the insurance I purchased thru them and they denied my claim said it was intentional and I told them it was my grandson who is autistic and my chairs have been replaced before due to this but she didn't care and she said oh well I told her he has autism and I can't control every min behavior it's not intentional .I purchased protection for this matter and how can you replace others and not these just because it was 3 of them this is crazy the care protection that MOR furniture has is rude unprofessional and are discriminating my grandson knowing I can't control what happens at all times and I paid for this protection for my chairs to be covered and they need to replace them and fix them or pay me back for all 3 chairs warranty I paid and the chairs. Resolution Sought Replace my chairs or refund me for my chairs and warranty.
