Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Awesome Mortgage Company

When I first decided to refinance I contacted Wells Fargo because they were my lender at the time. They seemed too busy and unmotivated to work on my loan. So I came in contact with Sid Flores from Mortgage Capital. He was very positive and assured me a smooth closing. Sid and his company were fast and efficient. The refinance took about 2 1/2 weeks. Can't get better than that. I recommend Sid Flores to anyone who is looking for a professional and efficient loan officer that would go the extra mile for you.
