Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Also find out how many other clients will be sold the same leads that you have purchased. Our experience with this industry has been that the marketing leads purchased sometimes fail to meet the specific quality meeds of the buyer. Most contracts make no guarantees of success rates. Contracts merely state that the buyer is paying for a specified number of potential customer contacts. Generally, there are no refund provisions.
