Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Do not buy form Mortgageleads.org!

Bought 50 leads from this company @ 8.99 per lead. Biggest waste of money and time. 25% of the leads were a wrong number to the person on the lead sheet. Company does not refund these leads since number not disconnected. Basically it is fine and acceptable business with them that the person who applied could not be contacted since the phone number was not to the right person/customer. Out of the 50 leads I might have 1 possible customer. Most of the leads were a waste of time talking to the person. Will never purchase again from this company and will let all know in my industry never to buy from this company. We have over 50 Loan officers here and I was testing them for our company. Lending Tree or Lower my bills are like fine steak and Mortgageleads .org is like road kill! You get what you pay for.
