They need to be more human and be more training safety is understandable

I was traveling with my family from California so tire for being driven and we booked a room to rest on your hotel 6 Eugene Oregon. When I checked my room I was required two ID'S one for me one for my wife everything was ok but when I check my wallet my id was listed. I explained the lady on the desk ms. Stephanie my situation and I show her a digital copy was on my phone picture of my id and my wife ID she turned me and my family my kids we have to stay on the car, if you guys do this for safety. I completely understand that but I explain her my situation and she don care and turned please you have to try to talk to them to be more human I'm not a criminal and me and my family pay for something it not necessary so ?? sad for my family, I don't know if you guys going to do anything but is my feeling to do more for trained those people thank you
