Poor customer service!

I rented a room from Motel 6 the first room I rented the key card for the room wouldn't work and my dog got locked in the room for about 25 to 30 minutes and he's my emotional support dog. And there's other situations I've been in with this Motel. For this matter I wish they had offered me a free room for the night with my emotional support dog but they did not even act like they cared.
