Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Just want others to be aware of bad business with this company.

Movers were confirmed to arrive at 8, then changed to 9. When they arrived I had been quoted a specific price for a two bedroom, we do have a three bedroom But, the extra room was something we were going to move on our own. We were told that since we had rented a 26ft truck the price would be more than what I was quoted. We rented the larger truck not because our things would fill it up, but because it was cheaper for that size truck. My husband dealt with them in person and I spoke to them over the phone as I was at work and told them to forget it that we were not paying the extra money after being quoted a time and price and neither were made good on.

We suggest that consumers insist on a written binding estimate in advance of the move. With a binding estimate, the actual moving costs may not exceed the estimate. Be certain that the estimate is very specific concerning the goods to be shipped. It is advisable to purchase additional valuation for lost or damaged goods since the statuatory liability is only .60 cents per pound. If you obtain a non-binding estimate and you are moving between states (interstate) and the final invoice exceeds the estimated amount, customers are required to pay only 10% over the original estimate when the goods are delivered, with a balance due in 30 days.
