Customer service like no other

This guy leaves me speechless. Although he LAGS LIKE NO OTHER, until I had a problem, the guy ran all over the planet trying to fix my issues. I did not think what he was saying to begin with was right, but in the end, even though I killed 9 of my plants by not watering them correctly, the dude still replaced my cuts. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!!!!!
