4 Months to get order

Had ordered valances in spring of 2012 only to wait approximately 4 months for delivery and this was after many phone calls and excuses as to when they would arrive. Arrived long after the event they were ordered for, but they did arrive. Very pleased with the product and figured the delay was probably out of the ordinary so decided to order a different pattern of valance for my mother-in-law (order in Lois Ralston's name). The most recent order was placed in early April 2013. Again many phone calls and excuses later with requests to cancel the order - and low and behold they arrived today (again 4 months late). Once again we are pleased with the product, but we will never again order from this company. The wait is absolutely too long, but the excuses and failed promises is unexcusable.
