Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. This really sped up my originally (7years old) super slow laptop! Excellent FAST Work for an EXCELLENT PRICE

I am usually skeptical about companies that can say they can speed up my computer: This company was really easy to work with. The technicians are very caring and extremely helpful! They are experts at getting computers to work faster! I thought my cheap and super old laptop was forever subject to be slow. Although I had kept Norton on it since the beginning it still had spyware and other negative issues to be resolved! The computer works at least 100% faster. I would wait at least 15 seconds for some pages to load and I would have to restart the computer at least one to two times a day just to get it to stop "locking-up". The company is very honest and very fair in the pricing! I am VERY pleasantly surprised by how much faster the computer works and I got this done by MY FAST PC over one month ago. Thank you MY FAST PC!
