Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Website does not clearly notify customer of cost of service. No purchase price verification before completing the purchase for you. The web page loads in the middle where the change form begins. This can trap most customers into paying their High, Flat-rate fee.
