Poor Maintenance and Communication

If I could give -1000 stars I would!!! Absolutely horrible management and owner! Accommodations are subpar. Upon arriving to the studio there were overfilled garbage cans in front of the unit with a foul smell coming from them. There was trash all on the ground in front of the unit walkway and in front of the main apartment building that they show on their listing. I immediately called to ask if someone was available to clean it up and they said it was trash day the next day but would see if someone could come clean up the mess. Someone came and picked up some of the items but the cans were still filled with garbage not placed in bags. I was also told for the safety of their workers they asked guests to throw out their own garbage. In front of the unit doorway they used to place dirty linen bags overfilled with towels. The dirty linen bags fell in front of the unit front door which caused us to have to touch these bags without gloves. The entry way itself is less than the 3 feet required so very tight to enter the hallway then to deal with dirty linen!?? Completely unsanitary and poor operations. I later found a small utility room under our unit which could of comfortably housed these linen bags. Upon entering the unit itself it is very small and this is definitely not suited for more than 2 guests and maybe a small child. We had four adult guests and a child. There are two very small round tables for two one in the small kitchen (which there are no pictures of the kitchen in the listing) and one on the balcony. There were a total of 5 towels for a 6 day stay. There was no blankets for the futon bed provided besides a throw. When I called and asked for more blankets they said they took a video of the place as if we were not truthful about their lack of supplies. We saw a housekeeper and told her we needed blankets and she said she wasn't aware that there were more than two people staying in the unit when she prepared it! The unit is advertised with a washer and dryer. I noted there was a handyman changing the locks on the laundry door. When I asked if we were going to be able to use it he said no because it was for towels, sheets, and blankets. I called because obviously with 4 adults and a kid AND 6 days we would need a laundry room. I was told someone would get back to me and did not get a response. Again it's advertised as a unit with a laundry which is false advertising. I am beyond appalled at this owner/property management company for not properly training their maintenance staff and/ or caring enough to ensure the comfort of their tenants. Additionally they are falsely advertising accommodations. This will be reported to Airbnb. We will never rent any of their units they show. It's all false advertising and they are poor at their operations/maintenance. My SD rental is a joke! I will be posting this on every single platform I can to warn people! Not worth it even if it were free!
