Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

They told me (and I'm not the only one that this has happened to) my diploma is not valid

So after hours and hours of video chats and talking with several different people about getting my foot in the door for my new career. Signing paperwork and going through all the little details. They told me (and I'm not the only one that this has happened to) my diploma is not valid and that my school was discredited the year before I graduated. How can this be when I used it after graduation for schooling and for other jobs that require a valid diploma. So I signed a bunch of papers for loans through them and the government (or state) then right before I started they tell me this and then say there is nothing they can do. So lying to my face about my diploma and scamming me for loans. I'd like to know why they are doing this to me and others and how they can even get away with this. Somethings going on and it needs to be dealt with.
