To maintain a healthy property for the residents and provide absolutions to avoid any concerns.

Not properly follow up with any maintenance and providing a healthy environment for residents. I had made a case with the property manager to ensure the disposal will be taken care of, however it has been almost a months and we still see the deposal on the side of parking piled up with couch and mattered and regardless they avoid any responsibility to maintain this complex (Myerton 108 s courthouse Rd) healthy for families, kids and all other residents during such difficult times with covid 19
