Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. No doubt they deserve a 5 for the service they have provided me over the years.

I first began using Naegele & Mears to complete my personal income taxes. When I started my own business they were the accountants of choice to provide all business accounting services. All of the people that I have dealt with over the years have provided me with exceptional service. I cannot remember any time that I have had to contact them to inquire where something was. All of the required business services have been provided in a timely and seamless manner. I would without a doubt recommend Naegele & Mears to anyone seeking a quality accounting service for either business or personal use.
