For first time I went to this place to have my manicure and pedicure done. When the nail technician was almost about to finish my pedicure, a guy and another technician start talking in their language to my technician. All of sudden the guy got up left his client, came to me yelling at me, we can't give service for two hours for only $35 dollars, don't want your business here is your money she can't finish your nail, she has another customer waiting for her! I was shocked, numb, speechless. I couldn't believe why and what is he talking about?! I paid before she apply polish on my nail $35. They asked for cash only I tip her $15. and another $5 for other girl I was forced to she finish my job .I have medical condition I'm 62 years old I get my nails done at list every 2 weeks freind recommended I want to try it . I told the guy I'm not asking for my money but at this point I'm asking for receipt then he said you must I want my job to be finish and done I paid already another technician jumped at me she said I finish you she can go start her client I said why you overlap appointments if she work slow it's not my problem I'm the customer a good customer and very generous the guy was keep yelling and asking me to leave I can't believe what I was experiencing, I was insulted harassed, abuse. I was shamed In front of other customers. He want only cash no receipt asking me to leave unfinished. License should be revoked he must not service public at all. psychiatric problem.
