The sales manager was very rude very disrespectful and offered no help or solutions to my problem.

Brought my vehicle to them several times and every time I'm told it's ready to be picked up I pay for the service they've done I get in my vehicle and the work wasn't done. It takes another week or a few days for them to actually do the job I paid him for. Once I brought up the issue to the service manager I was told to leave the property in my vehicle that was not fixed, and not to return. With the COVID-19 going on the sales manager kept stepping up to me with 2 feet apart from us I step back several times and at the fourth time he did this I told him to get away for me. The sales manager was very rude very disrespectful and offered no help or solutions to my problem. I would like Naples Dodge Jeep and RAM to stop scamming their customers and actually fix the vehicles they said they're going to fix and the customers pay for it.
