This company is offering investments in duplex properties in the South West Florida real estate market. According to the company’s claims, investors can expect to earn a minimum return on their investment of 70 to 100% or greater. We believe that these claims are unrealistic.

To participate in this offer, the company requires a service fee of $4,995.00 to execute the agreement. This sum is intended to compensate them for the cost and expense in fulfilling their responsibilities. In the event that the member not agrees with the lot and construction contract the participant can request a refund of this sum less a membership fee of $1,995.00 within 60 days.
