Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Excessive Telemarketing Calls

I would rather give this company NO stars!! They are constantly calling my cell phone, even though I've asked numerous times to stop. They claim to note their files that I do not want to be contacted, yet I continue to receive a call EVERY SINGLE DAY! Even on Saturdays and Sundays!! They also call from different numbers so I have to block each one individually. I found numerous complaints about this very problem, which have gone ignored by the company. I've asked to speak with a manager each time and each caller claims to be the manager. LIES!! LIES!! LIES!!
