On march first a bolt that holds the armrest of my wheelchair broke I need this armrest to lift myself and transfer myself in and out of the wheelchair I called the salesman Brandon walk that sold me the wheelchair i left a message on his phone he did not call me back I called him back the next day he answered and said he had contacted his service department and they should call me they have never called me and I also left 2 messages at the national seating and mobility office in Roanoke Virginia and nobody has called back yet that's been six business days ago I had to buy the parts and fix the wheelchair myself
