Our files indicate, this firm's owner, Craig Lawson, was previously affiliated with two other businesses, Nationwide Credit Corporation and United Credit Consultants, now out of business, also purporting to find loans for an advance fee. Both firms failed to respond to complaints. This company is not a lender, nor is it licensed to engage in any lending activities. It has not registered with the California Attorney General or posted the required $100,000 bond. Even if licensed, it would be unlawful to collect fees before the promised services were performed. Our experience with such offers indicates loans are seldom if ever made and refunds are difficult if not impossible to obtain in spite of any promises to the comtrary.
