Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Nationwide Housing Corporation

UPDATE, October 6th, 2017 They didn't do well with me for SEVERAL months I had been contacting them about my neighbor. But after huge stink I raised online about them, I think that is what helped them to want to contact me with a positive response. 2 reps came to see me this morning. Though I don't think punishment happened for neighbor or for the site manager here at Whispering Pines in Caledonia, Minnesota, I guess at least they finally came and talked to me.
