The Property owner and manager harasses tenants. The Property owner whom assuming India race.

The Property owner and manager harasses tenants. The Property owner whom assuming India race. Has called Black People names. Accuses tenants of destroying property in units. Refuse to repair elevators. In which majority of tenants are African-American and elderly. The Property Owner is a racist and have something against Elders. Remove her from operating the day to day operations of tenant relationships and maintenance. She has no professionalism when it comes to tenant concerns and issues. She's very mean and hateful toward tenants.
