Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Great customer service, impressive product, high learning curve

Customer service is fantastic. Responses are timely and thorough, and I can tell they really want to help the user. I'm using MovAlyzeR for research. The product is impressive and easy to use, but understanding the data is difficult for me.
