I was denied service because I am from a different state.

I was denied service because I am from a different state. They informed me that it was there policy to only serve people from their state. Yet it says open to the public. That is unconstitutional, unethical and un fair. If they are open to the public, be open to the public, not just say it. Also it should not matter what state I am from, I should be able to enter like the rest of the public.
