New Fancy Nails

I'm sure I'm not the only complaint about this!

Went in to get my nails done decided I wanted them longer and the guy lost his temper! Losing his temper wasn't the word for it! Told me to get out he didn't want my money. Started saying I cause trouble every time I come in the last time I was in the customer beside me was complaining to me I just listened! I had a pedi which was excellent and when it came to color that I wanted she couldn't explain on how the crackle process works to me but I did not complain. If I had they should have handled it like a reputable business should not like they did! I have only been in to this Salon 3 times before! If you have an issue with color or their services do not let them know about it they will refuse to finish your nails and leave them in a mess. At this point I had half my acrylic nails on, after threatening to call the cops and talking with the other woman which was agreeing with him. She kept saying we don't want your money you can leave!! So he starts cutting them off after I told that he couldn't leave them like that, pulling them, actually trying to rip my nails off, and actually trying to hurt me! These people DO NOT need to be in business they need to be shut down! What poor customer relations, they do not know what customer satisfaction means at all! I left the business with my nails destroyed! When someone actually tries to hurt a customer because he said I had so called complained…wow!
