They don't keep the facility clean and they charge a 74 cleaning fee.

This location is a joke. They don't keep the facility clean and they charge a 74 cleaning fee. Next they the incompetent workers that do not answer customer questions. When I called the online to file a complaint with the business they told me they won't file a complaint they only explain terms and conditions. I would steer clear of this gym and go elsewhere. They local people are also incompetent and take you money just like car sales people do. Most of all the equipment including the treadmills are broken and they refuse to fix them once broken. I'd like for people to stay clear of this place. It's the only one in the location so they take advantage.
