Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Phh mortgage was my prior company they switch my account to new reez. My account s not be handle properly. They make fake commitment. Don't know. What there doing with my loan horrible customer service service. There like a thug mafia company. They need investigation serious issues with my account cause me to loose my house if it continues. Please help Resolution Sought My mortgage put to a new servicer and investigate I have ant a different servicer they. Need to be investigated

I have a dscr loan on my rental property. After the closing on the loan, the loan company sold the loan to shellpoint, which i later found was ran by newrez., And as of September 2026, the loan was transferred to newrez. Newrez, is reporting my business loan, which is in a separate legal intity, on my individual credit files, without authorization. The loan is current. I have been denied credit cards and personal credit in excess of over $13,000 and had several credit cards lines of credit reduced by over $4,000 Resolution Sought Remove the business accounts from my personal credit files
